| Description: | We bring forth for our clients, tanactive H brand dyes (mononchlorotriazine) that are used for fixation of cellulosic material by both dyeing as well as printing methods. These Tanactive H brand dyes are low in reactivity and substantivity, and thus require more severe conditions for fixation. For achieving optimum fixation, these dyes require either a long steaming time or a high thermo-fixation temperature (with urea). These dyes are readily soluble when water of 80oC -85oC temperature is poured over the powder and stirred well. Our tanactive H brand dyes produce tailing if low concentration of substantivity is there. It can be avoided by using small padding troughs fed to constant level and operating at the highest running speed. | |
